Every TravelNet™ order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason — or for no reason at all — you can request a full refund of the product price within that window.

How to request a refund

Returns

If a return is requested, ship the device to the address our support team provides. The device does not need to be in unopened condition — used devices are accepted within the guarantee window. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the device arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your device arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full — including any shipping charges. Orders with the optional Lifetime Warranty are additionally protected per our warranty terms.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full immediately. Orders already shipped follow the standard refund process above.
