Refund Policy

60-day money-back guarantee
Every TravelNet™ order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason — or for no reason at all — you can request a full refund of the product price within that window.
How to request a refund
- Email support@travelnetdevice.com with your order number (from your confirmation email) and the name the order was placed under.
- Our support team will confirm your request and, where applicable, send you return instructions.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval; depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Returns
If a return is requested, ship the device to the address our support team provides. The device does not need to be in unopened condition — used devices are accepted within the guarantee window. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the device arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your device arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full — including any shipping charges. Orders with the optional Lifetime Warranty are additionally protected per our warranty terms.
Add-ons and shipping charges
- Expedited shipping — refundable if the order is cancelled before it ships; not refundable after delivery unless the delivery failed to meet the expedited window.
- Lifetime Warranty ($4.99) — refundable within 30 days of purchase if no claim has been made.
- TravelNet™ Travel Kit ($19.99) — covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee as the device.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full immediately. Orders already shipped follow the standard refund process above.
