These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wellnessnowtoday.com (the "Site") and your purchase of TravelNet™ products from North Star Advertising LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

TravelNet™ is a portable 4G LTE travel WiFi router. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are shown before checkout, including any optional add-ons and shipping charges you select. Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not enroll you in any subscription, membership, or recurring billing program.

Ordering and payment

When you place an order you authorize a single charge for the total shown on the checkout page. Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors; we never see or store your full card number. You will receive an order confirmation email after a successful purchase.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free (7–10 business days); expedited shipping is available at checkout for $7.99 (4–6 business days). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

60-day money-back guarantee

Every TravelNet™ order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Optional Lifetime Warranty (add-on)

At checkout you may add an optional Lifetime Warranty for a one-time $4.99. This extended protection and replacement warranty entitles you to a one-for-one replacement of your TravelNet™ device if it stops working due to a manufacturing defect, for as long as you own it. It does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. It is a product replacement commitment from us as the seller — it is not an insurance policy or a service contract, and it is separate from (and in addition to) the 60-day money-back guarantee. To make a claim, email support@travelnetdevice.com with your order number and a description of the fault. The warranty add-on itself is refundable within 30 days of purchase if unused.

Optional TravelNet™ Travel Kit (add-on)

At checkout you may add the TravelNet™ Travel Kit for $19.99 — a protective hard case and a spare USB-C fast-charge cable for your TravelNet™ device. The Travel Kit ships with your order and is covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee as the device.

Device use and limitations

TravelNet™ is a consumer electronics device. Network availability, coverage, and connection speeds vary by location and carrier and are outside our control. Battery life depends on usage and signal strength. Individual experiences may vary. You are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to your use of the device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of connectivity or data charges incurred through third-party carriers.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect.
