Shipping options

Delivery estimates count from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Delays and lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email support@travelnetdevice.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Packages confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full — your choice.
